Welcome to Paradise!

The Paradise Village Homeowners Association is delighted to have you as a new neighbor and would like to give you a little information to help you get settled into the community.

The Board of Directors meets on an every-other-month basis, and you will receive an email notification as to the time and date of the meetings. We post this information, as well as other upcoming events, on the bulletin board adjacent to the gate as you exit Paradise Village.

We have a Recreation Committee that plans social functions for the community. Participation in the activities is a good way to get to know your neighbors in the community. You will receive notification of the events via email.

Our Public Relations Committee maintains this website, which offers pool rules, the golf cart ordinance, photographs, information about community events and more. As a homeowner, you can link to governing documents, meeting minutes and issues of importance to all homeowners.

Please send your monthly dues of $120 to Paradise Village of Shell Point Homeowners Association, PO Box 1311, Crawfordville, FL 32326. When you make payments, always put your Paradise Village street address on the memo line of your check to ensure your payments are properly credited.

Our resident manager, John Murphy, takes care of the community common properties. Please contact John at (850) 264-8219 or email at jmurphyjr15@gmail.com for Village maintenance issues or to report a problem. If suspected criminal activity is witnessed or an accident or emergency exists, immediately call 911 or the Sheriff's office at (850) 926-7171 and then notify John.

The Village gates can be opened by the keypad or by remote control. To purchase a remote and to replace pool keys and for any maintenance issues or problems with the gate, please contact John Murphy at jmurphyjr15@gmail.com.

Should you have questions concerning updating or replacing your home or your dock, our Architectural Control Committee will guide you through the process. Denny Gordon is the chair of the committee and can be reached at paradisevillageboard@gmail.com.

Please follow the Pool Rules.

The Community Room (also known as the Rec Room) is available for parties, meetings or any appropriate use at this time. The room must be reserved in advance - the form for the Community Room agreement is linked here: Community Room Agreement.
