Seafarers' Chapel - Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. at the Coast Guard Station on Shell Point Beach. Non-denominational, community fellowship, worship and praise in an informal atmosphere overlooking Apalachee Bay. Everyone is welcome.
Apalachee Bay Volunteer Fire Department - Non-emergency (850) 926-2441. ABVFD holds a community potluck and program the 2nd Monday of each month. Call 911 for emergency.
The Talquin Electric Cooperative provides water and electric service for the community. Contact them by phone at (850) 627-7651 and online at www.TalquinElectric.com. To report outages call Talquin Outages 24-hour service at (800) 662-3053.
WastePro is the household trash collection service, which picks up early Wednesday morning. Put your trash cart out at the edge of the road on Tuesday night. If you are leaving before Tuesday night, put your cart out when you leave. The community manager will return your cart to its place after collection. Construction refuse is the responsibility of the owner to remove, and cannot be placed in the household trash container.
Comcast/Infinity and Century Link provide cable TV, phone and internet service for the community. Dish Network and Direct TV are also available.
